A clearer plan from arrival to your stay.
The right transfer begins with the right destination. Check the airport on your ticket, use the full property address and separate the road journey from any island crossing before choosing a ride.

Nadi Airport to Denarau
Denarau can mean a resort check-in or a boat departure. Give your transfer the right destination from the start, and the first part of your Fiji holiday becomes much easier to organise.
Plan this part of your trip
Nadi Airport to the Coral Coast
The Coral Coast stretches well beyond a single resort stop. Start with the full hotel address, then arrange a ride that fits your arrival, your group and the first evening you want to have.
Plan this part of your trip
Nadi to Suva by road
Suva sits on the other side of Viti Levu from Nadi. A road transfer can connect the two, but it belongs in your itinerary as a proper travel leg, not a short airport ride.
Plan this part of your trip
Nausori Airport to Suva
Arriving at Nausori puts you on Suva’s side of Viti Levu, with a road journey still to come. A precise address and clear pickup details make that last leg easier.

Fiji island connections
An island arrival can be the best part of the journey when the connections work. Before choosing the flight or the room, find out how the resort expects you to reach it.
Plan this part of your tripYour exact address changes the journey
Nadi Airport, a Denarau resort and Port Denarau are different pickup or drop-off points. On the Coral Coast, the location of the hotel changes the road journey. For Suva, check whether the flight arrives at nearby Nausori or at Nadi on the other side of Viti Levu before arranging the car.
Enter the complete route, travel time, passenger count and luggage in the transfer service. Welcome Pickups shows accepted routes and available options for the details you provide. A guide to a destination is not a guarantee that every journey or specialist vehicle is available through the provider.
Keep the pickup details together
Use the flight number and local arrival date, then follow the meeting instructions in the confirmed booking. Allow time for airport formalities and bags before the road journey starts. Keep the provider’s contact details where you can reach them without depending on airport Wi-Fi.
If the flight changes, review the pickup arrangement as well. Ask about the waiting conditions and what to do if you cannot find the driver. Flight monitoring is useful, but the provider still needs accurate flight details and any material changes to your itinerary.
Compare comfort, capacity and the final quote
Check space for luggage as well as seats for travellers. Strollers, large sporting bags and mobility equipment can affect the vehicle needed. Request child seating or essential assistance through the provider and confirm it before travel; a general vehicle description is not an accessibility guarantee.
Read the total price, currency, waiting policy, cancellation terms and any agreed stops before paying. For bookings made through this service, Welcome Pickups owns payment, confirmation, changes and booking support. Its confirmation is the place to check the final arrangements.
An island holiday may need more than one booking
A car to the port does not automatically include an island boat. Ask the resort or crossing operator which departure point and service you need, then fit the road transfer around check-in. Specialist resort air transfers are also separate from an ordinary road quote.
Keep a useful margin before a fixed boat or flight departure. Late arrivals or early island sailings may work better with a mainland night. On the return, allow for the island leg and airport check-in rather than treating the drive as the only part of the journey home.
A few useful answers
Who operates and manages my transfer?
Transfer bookings completed through the embedded service are managed by Welcome Pickups and its transport providers. Use the contact details on that confirmation for pickup assistance, changes and cancellation. HeyFiji does not operate the vehicle.
Can I book a boat transfer here?
The Welcome Pickups service checks road transfers. Arrange the island ferry, resort boat or specialist air connection with the relevant operator or accommodation, then use the confirmed port or pickup address for the road leg.
What if no suitable vehicle appears?
Check the route, time, passenger count and luggage. If the provider cannot offer a suitable arrangement, ask your accommodation about another local option. Do not book a smaller vehicle or omit essential requirements simply to obtain a quote.
