Clear details before a commitment

Choose your dates, rooms and travellers to compare current hotel offers. Look at the full stay total alongside the room type, meals and available cancellation information. The cheapest number is not always the best fit, and an attractive photograph cannot tell you whether the beds or transfers work for your trip.

Availability and prices can change before a supplier confirms a booking. We ask you to review important updates before continuing. Returning to HeyFiji after payment does not, on its own, confirm a reservation. Use the explicit booking status and the references supplied with the confirmation.

Special requests are treated as requests until confirmed. We do not promise a room upgrade, perfect weather or an inclusion that does not belong to the offer you select. The aim is to make the choice clearer, including when the right next step is to ask a question.

Know who is looking after each booking

Hotel and flight bookings made through HeyFiji have their own confirmation details and supplier conditions. Keep those references and use HeyFiji’s support options when you need help with the reservation. Some experiences are booked with a partner. When you continue to Viator for a tour or Welcome Pickups for a transfer, that service handles the reservation, final price, payment and the support arrangements shown with its confirmation. If you are choosing between areas or room types, tell us the practical details: dates, budget, guests and the things you do not want to compromise on.
