What we collect
We collect the account, contact, traveller, travel-document and booking details needed to provide your account and complete a reservation. We also receive limited technical information used to protect sessions and understand site performance.
How we use it
We use your information to show suitable rates and fares, manage saved stays, process bookings, send service emails, provide support, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. Marketing email is optional and separate from account and booking messages.
Who receives it
We share only the information needed with accommodation providers, airlines, booking and payment providers, email services and infrastructure partners that help deliver your booking. Their own notices may also apply.
Retention and control
We keep account and booking records only as long as needed for service, support, security and legal obligations. Sensitive payment details remain with the payment provider. You can update your account details, remove saved stays and revoke signed-in devices from your account.
Affiliate referrals
When you open an affiliate referral link, we explain the referral before setting tracking. Choosing Continue with referral saves a signed first-party cookie for up to 30 days. This lets us identify eligible bookings and calculate the affiliate’s commission. The last valid affiliate referral applies. You can choose Continue without referral to browse without accepting that new referral.
When you sign in or create a verified account, we may associate the time remaining on your referral with your account. Signing up does not extend the 30-day window or create lifetime commission rights. Affiliates see limited booking and commission references; we do not share customer names, email addresses or travel documents with them through the affiliate dashboard.
You can clear the current referral below. This removes tracking for future bookings from this browser and, when signed in, your account. Clearing a referral does not delete records already needed for a booking, commission, refund, payout or fraud investigation. Affiliate payout details are encrypted and access is restricted to authorised payout staff, with access recorded.
