HeyFiji booking terms

Using HeyFiji

HeyFiji helps travellers find and book accommodation and flights supplied by our travel partners. You must provide accurate contact and traveller details, including names, dates of birth and travel-document details where required, and be able to enter a binding booking agreement.

Prices and availability

Availability and prices can change until the supplier accepts the booking. We show the full hotel stay or flight itinerary price, included charges and any known additional amounts supplied to us. Flight fares are rechecked before payment; if the airline changes the fare, cabin or conditions, you must review the update before continuing.

Your booking

A booking is confirmed only when HeyFiji explicitly shows it as confirmed and provides the available booking references. A payment return or pending airline response is not a flight confirmation. The room or fare conditions, baggage allowance, change and refund rules, traveller details, dates, extras and important notices shown before payment form part of your booking.

Travel documents and check-in

You are responsible for checking passport, visa, transit, health and entry requirements and for arriving in time to check in. Traveller names must match the documents used for travel. Airlines and accommodation providers may apply their own check-in and identification rules.

Payment, changes and cancellations

Payment is handled securely by our payment partner. Cancellation, refund or amendment charges follow the supplier conditions accepted for the selected room or flight fare. Optional flight extras may carry separate conditions. Do not make another payment while an airline confirmation is pending; contact us if the status remains unresolved.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details private and let us know if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until it is secured.
